What services are included in the sale price?

The price includes shipping insurance, a 2-year warranty, and unlimited technical support. We've also taken care of the 19%–24% VAT for you—no additional tax will be charged at checkout.

Will there be safety risks with the battery?

Our batteries are CE certified for daily use. For safety, do not charge the bike in direct, intense sunlight or high-temperature environments. When removing the battery for charging, do not leave the bike exposed to rain or damp conditions because moisture can damage the controller beneath the battery mount.

What is the weight of the bike?

The dimensions of the C1 are 180 × 67 × 114 cm. The bike weighs 30.4 kg.

Why were the accessories purchased with the E-bike not received at the same time as the E-bike?

The e-bike and accessories, including front and rear baskets, are shipped separately and therefore have different tracking numbers. Bikes typically arrive within 2–8 days, while accessories can take about two weeks. For delivery help, contact support@veloprobike.com.

Why is the C1 equipped with a chain guard?

The fully enclosed chain guard helps prevent trouser legs or skirt hems from getting caught, reduces mud and sand exposure, and extends the life of the transmission system.

What is the biggest feature of C1?

The C1 uses a low-step frame to make mounting easier and to improve comfort. It is suitable for riders approximately 150 cm and taller.

Will there be safety risks with the battery in rainy weather?

The battery is CE certified and the battery and accessories are rated for water resistance. Avoid fire and other hazardous areas, and for safety avoid riding or charging in severe rain.

Does my height suit the C1?

The recommended rider height is 150–200 cm.

What is the frame made of?

The C1 commuter e-bike uses a lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy frame designed to deliver high strength and load capacity.

Why did I buy two e-bikes but only receive one tracking number or have them arrive at different times?

Each e-bike is shipped separately, so carriers may deliver them at different times. Contact our customer service team if you need the latest tracking update.

Where is the shipping warehouse?

What are the shipping carriers?

Orders are usually shipped with FedEx, GEL Express, or DHL. Other carriers may be used for remote regions.
