Velopro Warranty & Technical Support

Warranty Approach

1. We prioritize free component replacement over on-site repair to cut your waiting time.

2. Consistent warranty service applies to orders from our official website, authorized offline dealers and official partner online stores.

3. All eligible warranty parts will be replaced free of charge.

4. Out-of-warranty parts can still be repaired or replaced at your cost. Email support@veloprobike.com for specific pricing.

5. Incidental costs incurred during repair (rental transport, fuel, ride fares) are not covered under warranty.

Lifetime Technical Support

1. Our professional technical team provides customized solutions for all complex faults.

2. One-on-one dedicated agent support offers exclusive assistance throughout your inquiry.

3. This service is accessible permanently regardless of warranty status. Note: Replacement parts fees will be borne by customers after the warranty expires.

What Qualifies for Warranty Service

All requirements below must be satisfied simultaneously:

1. Products purchased via Velopro official store or authorized resellers. For second-hand bikes, valid original purchase proof from authorized channels is mandatory. The warranty term starts from the delivery date of the first original buyer.

2. The product or faulty component is still within its official warranty period (see component table below).

3. Malfunctions stem from manufacturing defects and inherent factory flaws such as material failures.

4. Matching valid serial codes of frame and lithium battery are provided.

What Does Not Qualify for Warranty Service

1. Malfunctions of consumable & wear components, including: Brake pads, plastic trims, spokes, wheel rims, brake cables, surface paint scratches.

2. Damaged wiring or accessories with visible cracks, scratches or breaks.

3. Failures caused by improper operation:

Failure to follow operation, maintenance and adjustment rules in the User Manual

 Unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification

 Improper storage or overloading riding

1. Damage caused by traffic collisions or accidents.

2. Minor cosmetic scratches and accessory damage generated during delivery.

3. Repair expenses from non-authorized third-party bike shops.

4. Normal lithium battery range attenuation caused by rider weight, hills, cold temperature or high assist mode (this is standard battery performance variation, not manufacturing defect).

5.
