1. What services are included in the sale price?
The price includes shipping insurance, a 2-year warranty, and unlimited technical support. We've also taken care of the 19%–24% VAT for you—no additional tax will be charged at checkout.
2. Can the M9 be legally ridden on the road in the EU?
The M9 is configured with a 250W motor and a maximum assisted speed of 25 km/h. Under the EU framework, pedal-assist cycles with a maximum continuous rated motor power of 250W or less, where assistance cuts off when the rider stops pedalling and is progressively reduced and cut off before 25 km/h, fall within the standard pedal-assist e-bike category.
Road-use, equipment, registration, insurance, and rider requirements can still vary by country or local jurisdiction, so please check the applicable rules where you ride.
3. What are the size and weight of the M9?
The M9 measures 170 × 68 × 113 cm (length × width × height) and has a net weight of 49.5 kg.
4. Why were the accessories purchased with the e-bike not received at the same time as the e-bike?
Our e-bikes and accessories, including front and rear baskets, are shipped separately and therefore have different tracking numbers. We do this to avoid logistics delays caused by overweight packages.
Bicycles typically arrive within 2–8 days, while accessories usually take about two weeks for delivery.

5. Why is the M9 equipped with a chain guard?
The chain guard helps prevent trouser legs or skirt hems from getting caught, while also reducing exposure to mud and sand and helping protect the drivetrain.
6. What is the biggest feature of the M9?
The M9 combines a distinctive retro-inspired design with front and rear suspension and 20 × 4 in fat tires, making it suitable for a wide range of riding conditions, including urban roads, gravel, sand, and uneven terrain.
It is especially well suited to riders who want a bold retro look with added riding comfort and stability.
7. Will there be safety risks with the battery?
The battery is designed for normal everyday use, but it should always be handled and charged according to the safety instructions supplied with the e-bike.
- Keep the battery away from fire, excessive heat, and other hazardous environments.
- Avoid charging the battery in direct, intense sunlight or high-temperature conditions.
- Protect the battery connections, controller area, and electrical components from unnecessary moisture.
- For safety, avoid riding in severe rain or extreme weather conditions whenever possible.

The recommended rider height for the M9 is 160–200 cm.
9. What is the M9 frame made of?
The M9 frame is made from a high-quality alloy designed to provide strength, durability, and corrosion resistance for everyday riding.
10. Why did I buy two e-bikes but only receive one tracking number or have them arrive at different times?
Each e-bike is shipped separately, so the carrier may deliver them at different times. Separate parcels may also receive separate tracking numbers.

11. Where is the shipping warehouse located?
Orders for destinations in the European Union are shipped from Germany.
12. When will I receive my shipment after placing an order?

The VELOPRO M9 impresses across the board. I was particularly surprised by the acceleration, you can make rapid progress without breaking a sweat. The synthetic leather handles are very comfortable to hold. I use it every day for commuting and I love it every time. The look is simply unbeatable, I often get compliments for it. I love that bike. I´ve been using it since about a week and love it. Since I´m not that tall and have shortish legs, I do have to be careful to keep balance when I put my foot down at stops and such, but otherwise, riding it is great. The motor reacts right away by pedalling. Definitely would recommend it.
