VELOPRO C1 E-Bike FAQ
1. What services are included in the sale price?
The price includes shipping insurance, a 2-year warranty, and unlimited technical support. We've also taken care of the 19%–24% VAT for you—no additional tax will be charged at checkout.
2. Will there be safety risks with the battery?
Our batteries are CE certified. Please follow these precautions when using and charging the battery:
- To ensure battery safety, do not charge the vehicle under direct, intense sunlight or in high-temperature environments.
- When removing the battery for charging, do not leave the vehicle exposed to rain or in a damp environment.
- The controller is located beneath the battery mount; exposure to moisture can damage it.
3. What is the weight of the bike?
The dimensions of the C1 (length × width × height) are 180 × 67 × 114 cm. The weight is 30.4 kg.
4. Why were the accessories purchased with the e-bike not received at the same time as the e-bike?
Our e-bikes and accessories (including front and rear baskets) are shipped separately and have different tracking numbers. We ship them separately to avoid logistics delays caused by overweight packages.
Bicycles typically arrive within 2–8 days, while accessories usually take about two weeks for delivery.

5. Why is the C1 equipped with a chain guard?
The fully enclosed chain guard helps prevent trouser legs or skirt hems from getting caught, while also reducing exposure to mud and sand and helping extend the life of the transmission system.
6. What is the biggest feature of the C1?
The C1 lowers the overall frame height, making it easier to get on and off and enhancing comfort during rides.
Its frame is suitable for riders from 150 cm tall. Please also check the recommended rider height range below.
7. Will there be safety risks with the battery in rainy conditions?
Our battery is CE certified. Keep it away from fire and other hazardous areas.
Our vehicle batteries and accessories are rated IPX6 for water resistance. However, for safety reasons, we recommend avoiding riding in rainy conditions whenever possible.
8. Does my height suit the C1?
The recommended rider height is 150–200 cm.
9. What is the frame made of?
Our C1 commuter e-bike's frame is made of high-step alloy. The alloy frame is lighter in weight, has excellent corrosion resistance, is high in strength, and can withstand greater loads.
10. Why did I buy two e-bikes but only receive one tracking number or have them arrive at different times?
Each e-bike is shipped separately, so the shipping carrier may deliver them at different times.

11. Where is the shipping warehouse located?
Shipments for the European Union region are sent from Germany.
12. When will I receive my shipment after placing an order?
We usually dispatch goods within one working day after receiving the order. You can usually receive your goods within 5–10 working days after placing the order.
Delivery may be delayed by logistics and transport problems, holidays, festivals, or other exceptional circumstances.
We will do our best to ensure that your order arrives on time. If you have any questions or need assistance with the status of your order, please contact our customer service team.
13. Which carriers do you use?
We usually use FedEx, GEL Express, or DHL. We may choose other carriers for remote areas, depending on availability.
14. What should I do if I have an after-sales problem?
Please email support@veloprobike.com and describe the problem in detail. Include your order number and contact information.
Our after-sales team will process your email as soon as possible and reply within one working day.
