• All e-bikes and accessories are sold online only, subject to our Return Policy.

• We strive to display accurate product colors, but monitor display differences cannot be guaranteed.

• We do not guarantee product quality will fully match your expectations, nor promise all site errors will be fixed.

6. Order & Account Information

• We may cancel or limit orders to prevent reseller bulk purchases or fraud. We will notify you via email if orders are cancelled.

• You must submit true, complete billing/shipping details and update your account info promptly. Refer to our Return Policy for refund rules.

We offer access to third-party tools without monitoring or control. You use all external tools at your own risk and must review their independent terms. New site tools will also comply with these Terms.
